Dr. Demsko has been practicing dentistry in Windsor, VA since 1985. He received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemistry from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1981 and his DDS degree from the Medical College of Virginia in 1985.

He is a member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Southside Dental Society, and was a past president of the Portsmouth-Suffolk Dental Study Club.

His hobbies include fishing, hunting, diving, snowboarding, and most outdoor activities. He resides in Windsor, Virginia with his wife Joyce and has five children and three grandchildren.

Dr. Rassi is a native of southwest Florida where he graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Microbiology. On a scholarship with the U.S. Navy, he attended SUNY University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Rassi served five years as an active duty Navy Dentist which brought him to Hampton Roads. He served another three  years as a Reserve Navy Dentist. Before joining Dr. Demsko, he worked for several years in Portsmouth, VA.

In his spare time, Dr. Rassi enjoys fitness, going to the movies , attending live  theater and learning about naval history. He resides in Norfolk, VA  with his husband, Gary, and their two dogs, Rocco and Colby.

Dr. Rassi is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry.

Joyce has been in the dental field for over 30 years. She is married to Dr. Demsko and they have a blended family of five children and three grandchildren.

When not in the office being a part of all the amazing dental work and smiling faces, she enjoys their small farm, going to the beach and family time.

Ashley has 21 years of dedicated service in the dental field. She is a lifelong resident of the area, currently living in  Southampton county  with her husband, Lee, and two children Adelyn and Laine. Beyond Work, she’s a devoted mom cheering at her children’s  sporting events, enjoys beach days with her family and spending quality time with their dogs.

Megan Demsko brings with her a decade of experience in the dental field.

Born and raised in the charming town of Ivor, she shares a life with her husband, Blake, and two beautiful girls, Lily Grace and Bracey Mae.

Beyond dentistry, her heart finds joy in family moments where she cherishes time spent exploring, antiquing, and uncovering unique items.

Megan is very dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to our patients. She is thrilled to be a part of Windsor Dental Care office team and looks forward to creating smiles and fostering oral health in our wonderful community.

Amber is a local girl, raised in Windsor. She began her dental career in November 2022. With a warm smile and excellent organizational skills, Amber is one of our scheduling coordinators and is the first smile you will see when you walk in the door. Amber has over 17 years of experience in the medical field. She enjoys  spending time with her friends and her two adult children Natalyn and Gavin. She has two fur babies, her dog Zeke and cat Bubbles that brings her so much joy. She  also enjoys watching true crime.

Amanda has been in dentistry for seven years. She loves working with people and making them smile.

She is married to Thomas and has a son named Jonathan. They live in Windsor and she enjoys being at the baseball field, going fishing, watching any sports, and spending time with her family and fur babies.

Lorraine attended Old Dominion University and completed the Dental Assisting program in 1981, then received her Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene in 1983. She has practiced Dental Hygiene in Newport News, Chesapeake and Windsor for the past 35 years. She and her three boys now reside in Smithfield, VA and enjoys many outdoor activities, including relaxing in the sun on most any beach.

Kelsey grew up in Isle of Wight county and received patient care from our office for over 20 years. She began working as a receptionist at our office in 2017, graduated and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University in 2020, and has now continued working at our office as a registered dental hygienist. She enjoys meeting new patients as well as treating friends, family, and the community she grew up in. Specializing in dental, hygiene care and routine, Kelsey uses that experience to work alongside her patients to treat and improve their oral health.

Vicky started working in dentistry in 1990 as a dental assistant for her childhood dentist While attending Old Dominion University and completed a Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene. She especially enjoys when patients return excited about their improved oral health after putting into practice her recommendations. Spending time with her family, taking long walks, and going to the beach are her favorite activities outside of the dental office.

Paola started her dental assistant career 13 years ago in New York where she is originally from. After taking a break to raise her two boys she’s beyond excited to be back doing what she is passionate about. She loves cooking, taking care of her family’s small farm, and spending time with her husband, two sons and dog King.

Diana has been practicing for over 20 years and is a graduate from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 1983. She started her career in dentistry prior to college by working as a dental assistant. She is very caring and passionate at providing the best care to her patients. She is a team player and is always willing to help others. Diana is married and has two wonderful children. She loves spending time with her family and dog Oakley.

Alice Gail Matthews has been married to Kevin Matthews for 25 years. She has three beautiful children and three beautiful grandchildren. She has been in dentistry for 32 years. She is also a state licensed EMT and a firefighter for Company 2 in Wakefield.

Melissa has been a Dental Assistant for 26 years. She has a passion for Dentistry and helping others. She loves spending time with her husband Mark and her 3 wonderful children.
